Refunds

In the unlikely event that your garment(s) is received damaged or faulty, you have 24 hours to return the garment(s) to us in the original state it was sent to you to receive a full refund.

 

Simply take the garment(s) to your local post office within 24 hours of receipt before 4pm. Unless advised by us, should a garment(s) be kept longer than the 24-hour period, we reserve the right to charge the full rental fee and refuse a refund. Please contact us if you are returning a garment, and if you wish to request to keep a garment which you do not wish to use for longer than 24 hours.

 

If the garment(s) is not received in the original condition it was sent to you, therefore has marks from being worn, we will take this as the garment(s) has been used, therefore we reserve the right to charge you the full amount of the rental and refuse a refund.
